Shipping on purchases will be arranged according to order details. Items shipped within the UK are expected to arrive within 3-5 days. If, for some reason, the item you are purchasing is currently out of stock, please allow a longer wait of 5-7 Days up to 6 weeks for some items. Please contact us immediately upon any issues arising with your order.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns on jewellery purchases are unfortunately not accepted, due to Pierce Me Jessi B’s strict adherence with health and safety guidelines. 

Breakages outside of a piece's expected lifetime will require direct communication to discuss potential refunds. This will not be valid on instances where the customer has tried to fit jewellery themselves with careless intent.
