NO children allowed in the premises. unless being pierced. *

 

*(any siblings must be supervised & must stay in the waiting room, also no extended family members in the piercing room). 

 

Please do understand we do have bookings but we are also a walk in studio so Jessi and staff try their best to see to everyone and fit you all in, and accommodate you where we can.

Walk ins are subject to availability. You can check our fresha booking system at any time for available time slots and times on any particular date.

 

Please be patient especially in busy times such as weekends, school and public holidays.

To avoid disappointment please pre-book your appointment. 

 

Last minute cancellations less than 48 hours and no shows do not get their deposit back. 

Please note you will get charged 100% of the service initially booked with us if not cancelled or re-arranged before the 48 hour time frame to adhere to our strict studio policy. 

We treat all our clients the same respectfully and give everyone an equal opportunity to let us know within our business opening hours which can be checked on our website or google.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

 

8+ for ear lobes only, parent and child must both have ID. 

​12+ for nose and helix piercing with valid ID and parental consent

13+ for navel piercing with valid ID and parental consent

16+ for all piercings excluding nipples, the christina and dermal anchors

 

18+ for all piercing with valid ID 

18+ for Christina Piercing

(the only intimate piercing we offer)

 

18+ with valid ID for any Aesthetic Treatments. 

 

16+ for tooth gem application 

(These are not permanent but can last a long time,

we do NOT offer a service to remove Tooth gems) 

 

A Deposit is required when booking online or in store.

 

Walk-ins are available only if and when we have space.

Jessi is the owner and only person to perform all services.

We can get booked up fast. Please be aware of this.

We cannot use your own jewellery for piercing. 

All our Jewellery is certified, safe & pre-sterilised.

We can state exactly which jewellery supplier we buy from for each piece of jewellery sold in store. 

 

All prices include plain titanium ball studs, on some exceptions we can use a ball closure ring or a circular barbell for a helix, lobe or nose but this would be at a larger size to allow for it to heal properly. 

You can upgrade to any of our jewellery in store at extra cost, (Hundreds of options available). 

 

We ask to try and be punctual for your appointment, not too early or too late, we are a busy studio and want to run on schedule. 

If you are early please be patient. 

 

You must not change out your own pieces of jewellery in our studio for hygenic reasons. 

We can always fit this for you in a sterile manner. 

 

Please check with us first before coming into the studio with children, it can be very disruptive for everyone.  

 

WE ONLY PIERCE WITH NEEDLES - it is the only way it should be performed,

it is safe sterile and single use.

You as a client have the right to be pierced in a safe, inclusive, hygienic and professional environment. 

To be pierced only with verified and safe jewellery, in a clean manner, in a private procedure room with single use & pre sterilised equipment and tools.

No matter who you THINK you are, rudeness or opinions of my studio, my staff, our appearance or our services offered here WILL NOT be tolerated and if so you will be asked to leave immediately. 

 

We are proud to be the safest most hygenic studio for miles, so please take in the aftercare & listen to our recommendations. 

 

All sales are final.

If in the event of any concerns of any body jewellery bought from us please let us know immediately & we will be happy to help. 

 

We do not change your piercing to your own jewellery bought elsewhere for safety reasons. 

We are not liable for what you put into your piercings... fresh, healing or healed that is not recommended by us. 

 

MEDICAL HISTORY & ID

You must adhere to filling out a consent and medical history form in store before getting any procedure done. 

You must bring valid ID for your own piercing appointment if you are 16 and over, if you are bringing in a child you must be the legal guardian or birth parent only (no cousin, aunt or grandma etc) and also bring valid ID with you. 

 

SILENT APPOINTMENTS or SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you would like a silent appointment and the door to be locked we always respect this and do please notify us before you come to your appointment so we are prepared to do so.
