Troubleshoot Consultation (Pierced at another studio)
Having trouble with a piercing that was done elsewhere? Our troubleshoot consultation gives us the opportunity to assess your piercing, discuss any concerns and help identify what may be causing irritation or healing problems.
We'll talk through your jewellery, placement, aftercare and any other factors that could be affecting your piercing, and advise you on the best next steps.
Please note: an assessment does not guarantee that we can correct or save the piercing, and in some cases we may recommend allowing it to heal before considering re-piercing.

Things to Know.

Valid ID is required
Please bring valid photographic ID to your appointment.
Under 16s
Anyone under 16 must attend with their parent or legal guardian. Both the child and parent/legal guardian must bring valid ID. Without the correct ID, we will be unable to carry out the piercing.
Children in the studio
Children under 12 are not permitted in the studio unless they are the person booked in to be pierced. Please arrange childcare before attending where necessary.
Please arrive on time
Arriving late may mean we are unable to carry out your appointment without affecting other clients.
